Amchur Powder (Dried Mango Powder)
Amchur powder, also known as dried mango powder, is a unique Indian spice made by grinding sun-dried unripe green mangoes into a fine beige or light brown powder. It is widely used in Indian cooking to add a tangy, citrus-like flavor to dishes without adding moisture.
The name "Amchur" comes from the Hindi words "aam"
