1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Vishwas Japan website (the “Site”) and to orders placed through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • “Order” means a purchase request placed by a Customer through the Site.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payment

  1. All prices are indicated in Japanese yen (¥) unless otherwise noted. Prices may change without notice.
  2. Payment is made by cash on delivery. Please pay the delivery carrier when your order is delivered. We cover the cash-on-delivery fee.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for information about shipping and estimated delivery times.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds and exchanges.
  2. Please contact us about any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference.
  3. If a refund is approved, we will contact you and issue it by bank transfer. We will process the refund within 10 business days of approval. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank account.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, is owned by or licensed to Vishwas Japan.
  2. You may not copy, distribute or reproduce content without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Japan.
