Aged for over seven years in sherry casks, this 40% ABV spirit boasts a rich, sweet aroma reminiscent of vanilla, caramel, and toasted coconut.

A sweet aroma reminiscent of custard cream, pudding, and caramel unfolds, accompanied by a mellow bitterness like cocoa, and a complex flavor profile of smoky and spicy notes derived from cask aging.

It's perfect for drinking straight, on the rocks, or in rum and coke, rum chai, and even for baking.
